Quota: max 8 participants per session

Duration: 8-10 weeks per session, 2-3 sessions per year

 

Art therapy combines the creative process of visual art and psychotherapy to improve mental health and well-being.

  • No art skills required
  • Explores the mind, body and emotional dimensions of trauma
  • Reduces stress and anxiety
  • Helps navigate feelings
  • Improves self-awareness

This process of self-expression and self-discovery is a safe way to externalize:

  • ideas
  • feelings
  • emotions
  • physical states
  • spirituality

Peer support and psychotherapist/registered social worker will be available during sessions.
