Véronique is a communication professional with over 10 years of experience with the Government of Canada, namely Service Canada and Health Canada, and non-profit organizations. She was the Public Affairs Officer for Canadian Forces Health Services Group Headquarters in 2018-2019 and is currently tasked with the Sexual Misconduct Response Centre. She is a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Committee at Canadian Forces Health Services Centre Ottawa. She is a trained and experienced mentor through Big Brothers and Big Sisters Canada, Cadets Canada, the Sentinels Program and Ottawa Victim Services. She is a survivor of MST and PTSD. She has an expertise in trauma-informed approaches and stakeholder engagement.
